On our day-to-day how do we deliver this to our customers?
• With an engineering staff exceeding 1,500 located in 5 technical centres: Japan, China, The United States and Europe.
- More specifically, our Technical Centres in Europe are placed in UK and Germany.
• All technical centres share information and maintain close contact to quickly respond to requirements locally, and to offer the same high quality of technical service throughout the world. - Highest level of technical support

The vast array of products satisfies nearly every application. Fast delivery of these high quality products at competitive prices is accomplished through our unique production system, and by maximizing our local production capabilities, a stable supply of product is guaranteed.

On our day-to-day how do we deliver this to our customers?

• With a comprehensive product line that offers 12,000 basic models with 700,000 variations. One supplier for all your needs
 

• Global production facilities - 6 key factory locations in Japan. 12 in Asia, 1 in Africa and 5 production centres in America. Global Supplier & Local Production facilities
- In Europe there are a total of 12 production facilities. Austria, Czech Republic, France, Germany, UK, Italy, Russia, Spain, Sweden, Finland, Switzerland and Turkey.
 

• Understanding fast and reliable delivery is important. Therefore, we hold local and consignment stocks. Committed to Fast delivery
- In Europe the European Central Warehouse strategically placed in Antwerp that supports European Delivery with over 30,000 part numbers ready to be shipped directly to the customer.

 

Sales & Communication Network

By establishing a strong base in each country and region with a large experienced sales force, SMC provides the best possible service in the industry. Maintaining close communication with our customers throughout the world keeps our engineering teams and our products at the leading edge of the industry.

• 500 Sales offices in 83 countries
- First European Subsidiary was founded in Switzerland back in 1976. Today SMC counts with subsidiaries in 28 countries in Europe.
