From
offer is extracted Systems for fuel injection control for commercial
vehicles
In
system for fuel injection control are included all components which
transfers fuel from tank in to the combustion chamber.
Low
pressure pump pumps fuel from tank in supply chamber of high
pressure pump.
High pressure pump
compresses fuel.
Mechanically or
electronically regulated valves dosing compressed fuel in real time
in the engine.
Fuel is over
injection nozzles injected in to the combustion chamber.

Common Rail system for commercial
vehicles
Common
Rail is system for injection with tank.
Difference in relation to all other injection systems: pressurising
and injection are independent from each other.
On that way
Common Rail system enables bigger flexibility for injection system
adaption what gives demand in the view of each specific
application. It serves as a base for development of very dinamic,
extremely quiet and economical engines.
High pressure pump
transfers fuel in high pressure tank (Rail). Fuel there, under
pressure which is adequately for explicitly engine working state,
stays ready for injection.
Drivers command is
transfer over command shoe. Electronically command machine registers
that driver command and drive stage and on base of characteristical
area calculates necessary fuel pressure, injection period (also and
fuel weight) and injection moment. In each engine cylinder is
situated one injector with integrated magnetic valve. Opening and
closing of magnetic valve determinates beginning and end of the
injection. |
